Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and k1com ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the k1com online sports betting and casino entertainment platform, accessible at https://k1com.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager or making any deposit, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on k1com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are opening the account in your own legal name and for your own personal use only. Corporate, syndicate or third-party accounts are not permitted.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform or any related service.

• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or agent of k1com, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not under duress or subject to any court order that prohibits gambling activity.
• Opening and using an account on the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You accept sole responsibility for verifying this before registering.

Registration & KYC

To access the full functionality of the Platform, including the ability to deposit, wager and withdraw funds, Users must complete the registration process and submit to KYC verification.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must keep this information current and notify us of any changes promptly. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether in the same name, with the same payment method, from the same device or IP address, or using associated identification documents — constitutes a prohibited act. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

4.3 KYC Verification

k1com reserves the right to request identity, address and source-of-funds documentation at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (such as a valid CNIC for Pakistani residents), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Users are advised to complete KYC proactively to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.

4.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your account. k1com will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to use the Service only for its intended lawful purpose and in accordance with these Terms. Your use of the Service is personal and non-commercial. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission from k1com.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use any automated software, bot, spider, scraper or data-mining tool to access or interact with the Platform.
• Introduce any virus, trojan, worm, denial-of-service attack or other malicious code or software to the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or connected networks.
• Use the Platform in a manner that could impair its performance, availability or integrity for other Users.
• Post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise objectionable.

k1com reserves the right to monitor usage activity and to suspend or close any account that, in its reasonable determination, is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Deposits & Payments

To place wagers on the Platform, Users must first deposit funds into their account using a payment method available in the live cashier at the time of the intended transaction.

6.1 Available Payment Methods

Payment methods shown in the cashier may include bank transfers and digital wallet options familiar to Pakistani users, such as those associated with HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The inclusion of these names is for contextual reference only. k1com makes no representation that any specific method is currently available, that any named provider endorses gambling or supports this Platform in any capacity, or that any provider's own terms permit gambling-related transactions. Users must independently verify method availability and applicable provider terms before attempting a transaction.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may change. Check the live cashier for current limits.
• k1com does not accept deposits originating from credit facilities where the underlying funds represent borrowed money for gambling purposes, where such use is prohibited by the credit provider.
• Deposits intended for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose will be reported to relevant authorities and the account closed.

6.3 Currency

The Platform displays account balances and transaction values in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for eligible users. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are determined by the payment provider and are the User's responsibility.

Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of cleared, withdrawable funds from their account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or payment method registered in the same name as the k1com account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before the associated funds may be withdrawn. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus requirement is active may result in the automatic forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Withdrawal processing times are determined by the payment provider and k1com's internal compliance review process. No specific processing timeline is guaranteed or implied.
• k1com reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing period.

Bonuses & Promotions

k1com may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire automatically upon the expiry of the validity period if requirements have not been met.
• Only wagers placed with real money (not bonus funds) count towards meeting withdrawal thresholds, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• k1com reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify — constitutes a prohibited act. k1com reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and to close accounts in such cases.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event type, casino game or virtual product. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on k1com:

• Once confirmed, a wager may not be cancelled, amended or reversed by the User, except where expressly permitted by the specific product rules.
• Odds and prices are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager.
• k1com reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match fixing, corruption, irregular activity, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or event, k1com may void affected bets and return stakes at its discretion.
• Results for casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. k1com does not control RNG outcomes and accepts no liability for results of individual games.
• Live betting markets are subject to rapid line changes. k1com is not liable for connectivity issues that affect a User's ability to place or confirm live bets.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the k1com Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction connected with criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated tools, bots or other software to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Sharing or selling account access, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Placing bets while subject to a self-exclusion or restriction order.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to disrupt, damage or impair the Platform or other Users' experience.

Suspension & Closure

k1com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• There is a suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• The account is under investigation for fraudulent, suspicious or prohibited activity.
• Requested KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised against the account.
• Regulatory requirements or applicable law require action to be taken.

Where an account is closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, k1com reserves the right to forfeit any balance (including deposits, winnings and bonus funds) pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to User misconduct, any remaining genuine real-money balance will be returned to the User following satisfactory KYC verification.

Users may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests may be made through the responsible gambling tools available in the account area.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k1com shall not be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• The use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, delays or errors affecting access to or use of the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to a User's account arising from the User's failure to maintain adequate security practices.
• The conduct of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Any changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the User's ability to access or use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits k1com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

k1com makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Responsible Gambling

k1com is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools and resources to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.

Legal & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed to operate, as determined by the applicable operator license.

k1com does not represent or warrant that the Service is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Users access the Service at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local, regional and national laws applicable to them.
